FOOD THRILL FOOD PARK will be open from 4pm to 12mn. Late store opening and early store closing will be penalized with the total amount of Php 500.00 for each offense.

Ingress: starts at 8am on Friday
Egress: ends at 3am on Sunday
Everyone is expected to finish setting up and be ready by 3pm.

PARKING RULES should be strictly followed. Merchants and customers may park in front of or at the pay parking lot behind the new Hampton Gardens Arcade. Parking along C.Raymundo Avenue is strictly prohibited.

BOOTH PERIMETER will be strictly enforced. For the safety and convenience of everyone, please clear pathways & stay within the booth area assigned to you.

SIGNAGE should only be placed in the designated area of the booth, which is in front of the table. The organizer has the right to ask for any signage which is not in the designated area to be removed.

ELECTRICITY usage is FREE, but with certain limitations. Please do not forget to bring your own extension cord. Electricity request must be declared on application form. Maximum electric capacity per booth will be determined based on the need of the merchant.

Allowable Appliances or Electronics:

Merchants shall only use the following electronic appliances; but not limited to;

Refrigerator

Freezer

Microwave oven

Oven Toaster

Blender

Electric Stove

Electric fan

Use of other appliances not stated above shall be in written consent of the merchant and is subject for approval. All foodservice equipment shall be stored only inside the booth perimeter.

WATER use is communal. There will be a designated area for merchants’ water access.

STORING of products and other effects will be at your own risk. Organizer will not be liable for any losses and/or damages. All stored items must be within the merchant’s booth perimeter.

GRILLING must strictly be in the designated area only.

BRING your own utensils, plates, take-away containers, paper/plastic bags or anything that your store would need. Each merchant should also bring their own garbage/disposal bags. Take note that we only provide two (2) 3 ft. x 3 ft. tables with table cloths and 2 chairs.

ALL SERVICE CREW/PERSONNEL shall be in appropriate clothes during operating hours. Wearing of sandos, slippers or open toed footwear while serving the customers are strictly prohibited to ensure the service quality.

ALL EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS, as well as Hampton Gardens’ policies must be strictly adhered to, at all times.
